A woman has been charged with murder after her partner was struck by a station wagon on a suburban street.
Police allege 45-year-old Lacey-Jay Bullock deliberately drove into her 50-year-old partner, Bradly, in a Holden Commodore.
Neighbours told 7NEWS Bradly had allegedly been trying to stop his wife from driving away when he was struck by the car.
Wilford also restrained Bullock until police arrived.
Bullock was charged on Monday with murder, treated as a domestic violence homicide, and disqualified driving.

Emergency services were called to Stoneywood St at Fernvale, west of Brisbane, shortly before 6pm on Sunday following reports a man had been hit by a vehicle.

Security guard Kyle Wilford was among the first people to reach the man.
“There were two other people trying to help. One was holding his head, and the other was rotating CPR with me.”
Wilford also restrained Bullock until police arrived.
Neighbours said the couple had been arguing in the lead-up to the incident.
