Manchester City have been found guilty of 114 charges it faced for breaching the English Premier League's financial rules.
The news has been widely reported in British media, but the club and the EPL, have yet to comment.
The independent panel which had been considering the matter, will decide on a punishment.
In a decision that will send shockwaves through the sport, the club is now expected to face yet-to-be-determined penalties to being docked competition points or expelled from the Premier League.
City were charged in 2023 with 115 breaches of the EPL's financial laws between 2009 and 2018.
A hearing last year saw an independent find the club guilty on all but one of the charges, according to The Athletic.
Man City have always said they have done nothing wrong, and are expected to appeal.
Manchester City released a statement on Friday, local time, which said the process "remains ongoing with significant elements to be completed".
During the period in question, City won three EPL titles, as well as the FA Cup and three League Cups.
