Part of a Sydney construction site has collapsed for a second time just weeks after two men were seriously injured by a falling wall of bricks.
Security cameras captured the moment wild winds tore down multi-storey scaffolding at Ultimo, crushing two cars and missing two people.

A wall of steel stacked two storeys high buckled under strong winds at the Wattle St construction site on Tuesday.
“When we arrived on scene, there was a large section of scaffolding laying across a few lanes of traffic,” Matthew Sigmund from Fire and Rescue NSW said. “It was about 20 metres long and 10 metres high.”
The scaffolding was ripped clean off the wall, with two parked cars underneath caught up in the collateral damage. A cyclist and passing motorist made it out with seconds to spare.
“Our crews did investigate to make sure there was no one in the vehicles and there wasn’t, which was a good outcome,” Sigmund said.
It’s the second time in recent weeks parts of this building have come crashing down.
Last month, two men were seriously injured in what was described as a miracle survival after being caught beneath hundreds of bricks.
“Obviously, whoever’s responsible for that building needs to be held accountable for what’s happened. There’s no excuse,” one witness said.
No one was injured in this latest collapse, but an investigation is underway to work out how such workplace incidents could happen at the same site twice.
“I don’t know the specific cause of the scaffolding collapse, but at this stage there was significant weather in the area at the time, so it is likely to be the case,” Sigmund said.
Inside, the building is being reduced to make way for student accommodation.
